In Imaginators I was in charge the "Overworld Map". This was the biggest level of the game, with access points for 35 different levels. The player traversed this map level between main story levels to create a sense of travel and place for all the activity going on.
The Map contained numerous connective cut scenes as well as all the save game data that determined which levels a player had unlocked. It also contained it's own gameplay, with secret vaults to open, magic books to collect, rat holes, battle areas, and islands only reachable via flight power. Keeping all this running smoothly occupied a lot of my time.
Additionally I designed and implemented the "Golden Arcade" story level, part of an expansion level, and 15 mini-adventure levels. mini-adventures provided additional random appearing content accessed via the Overworld Map.
My Jobs: team management, game progression, assisting in story creation, level design, 3D mesh construction, camera paths, game play mechanics, NPC A.I.s, item placements, In engine cut scenes, rough dialogue, and lots of tuning
